Synopsis of Experiment

Here is a quick synopsis of the piece I have done for the Accidental Festival.  Hopefully this is the edit that will make it into the programme.  As you can see its very short – but that’s what they wanted!  EXPERIMENT

Lord Colin Arthur McAdams III presents the opportunity to experience a unique social experiment.  Purposefully subjecting himself to severe inconvenience he hopes to showcase the limits of human endurance whilst rejecting the current trend of vulgarity present in modern theatre.  Two objectives that may prove difficult to achieve.

Does that sound exciting?  I hope so.  Ah, what do you know?

The Accidental Festival (continued)

So, where was I?

accidental-festivalRight, the Accidental Fesitival.  I’m going to put a link in to it now.  The website is http://www.accidentalfestival.com.  There’s nothing about me on it yet, but that’s because I’m not famous.

The piece is called ‘The Experiment’ and once I’ve written it I’ll stick a synopsis up here.  Its only a short play, about 15 minutes long, but I think its quite darkly funny piece.  (Did anyone see New Lives?  Think a similar type of comedy)

It will be on at the Roundhouse Theatre in Camden, see www.roundhouse.org.uk for more informantion, on the 26th May 2009.   For those of you interested enough to check all the links, you’ll notice that this happens on the final day of the Fesitval, as part of the new writing showcase.

Like I said, the synopisis should be up by the end of the day, and new information will be added as I learn it.

Love y’all

Phil
