2 rejections! 3 to go?
Have had two of my Timothy Mitchell manuscripts back with polite (but negative) responses. So shame on you Annette Green Authors Agency and Darley Anderson Agency!
I will prevail, I will conquer, I will send you something else until you accept that I am the next big thing and sign me up. Maybe I need to make a million pounds before you realise that I’m so great , but then I won’t need you because I’ll be a millionaire.
Ouch, my head hurts.
I have decided that I will start working on my zombie play, so one act of it then work on the next novel. The novel has the most commercial appeal (yuck, now I feel dirty) but the play is the most exciting – I don’t think that anyone has tried to create a zombie infestation on the stage before.

Philip Hurst is based in Birmingham. He was born and bred in and around various locations in England’s second biggest city, and is currently based in Erdington.
A child of the eighties, his writing is mainly geared towards his age group. He has shown however both the intelligence and adapatabilty to work for different audiences. His degree in International Relations shows quite how diverse he can be, as not many people go from that particular degree into writing for the theatre.
